Question 1

How do I get in touch with the driver?

Accepted Answer

The day before your trip, the Montréon team contacts you to reconfirm your booking. You will receive all transfer details via email or WhatsApp, and the driver will contact you before pickup or right after your flight lands, for quick and worry-free coordination.

Question 2

If my flight is delayed, does the transfer remain valid?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We monitor all flights in real time and adjust the pickup time according to the actual landing time. So, regardless of delays, the driver will be waiting for you, providing a comfortable and stress-free pickup experience.

Question 3

What happens if there is traffic on the road?

Accepted Answer

We constantly monitor traffic conditions and plan each trip to arrive at the destination on time. If incidents or congestion arise, we inform you in advance and choose the optimal route or recommend an earlier departure time to avoid delays.

Question 4

To which airports do you provide private transfers?

Accepted Answer

We offer private transfers to and from all airports in Romania, the most requested being Brașov-Ghimbav, Bucharest Otopeni, Bucharest Băneasa, Sibiu and Cluj-Napoca. Upon request, we can also provide transport to any other airport or destination in the country.

Question 5

Can I book a transfer for a group or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide transport for families, groups, delegations, weddings, conferences, corporate events and other private events. If you need transport for more people, contact us for a personalized offer.

Question 6

How can I modify or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a booking for free, with no cancellation fees or refund, at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time. If you wish to reschedule the transfer for another date, this can be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. The Montréon team will do their best to find the most suitable solution.
